We are a fully functional brokerage located in Historic Georgetown, able to handle sales, rentals, and all forms of real estate management. Established in 1993 to accommodate the growing need for competent management for absentee Landlords, especially in residential zones, our clientele and property inventory are as diverse as the city itself.

We are a personalized brokerage, with a few key personnel handling all aspects of communications between Landlords and Tenants, so that issues are presented and dealt with in an organized and professional manner. We strive to provide the highest caliber services to our clients, whether they own or reside in the properties we govern.

Traditional Property Management agents are well versed with practical aspects of the day to day workings of real estate, such as lease negotiations, advertising and marketing properties, screening potential tenants, distribution of funds, scheduling repair and maintenance work, construction, and of course, collecting the rent.
